Objective:
To increase Layer-In sales throughout the month and inform our audience our seasonal Pumpkin Pie Italian Ice was now available in stores by releasing “Pie Inspired” flavor combos weekly through our Social Channels and J-List Loyalty App.
Results:
Over 43K Pie Series Gelatis within the month of September we sold, which equated on average, to 7.6% of sales at all stores. The Pie Series was able to boost the sales of Layer-Ins by double from the month prior. The announcement post was the most liked photo on Jeremiah's Instagram with almost 1.3K likes from 2021. Overall, the social content from the Pie Series was some of the highest reached and engaged content from that year.
