2021 - present

Senior Visual Designer - Jeremiah's Italian Ice Franchisor

Managed the creative development and production, while keeping the business’ goals forefront, for the marketing department of Jeremiah’s Ice.


Mentored and oversaw the Graphic Design intern while delegating and project managing their tasks.


Produced and distributed consistent and engaging visual communications in various media formats (Print, Merchandise, Digital, Web, Mobile, Video, Animation, Social Media) that embody the Brand’s Core Values through appropriate marketing channels. 


Assisted in developing standard operating systems for the marketing department that integrated with the departments throughout the company and franchises, as well as, establishing brand design standards.


Strengthened Jeremiah’s Social Media strategy by improving their social media following and audience engagement through calculated visuals, copywriting, and measurement.


Orchestrated and directed Jeremiah’s photoshoots with the correspondence of an outsourced photographer. 


Streamlined, managed and maintained brand management software databases and tools such as LucidPress, an online platform that allows franchisees to create their own marketing materials utilizing pre-approved designed templates and Yext, which is an online platform that centralizes stores’ information, creates digital listings across the internet to improve SEO, has Google my Business, Yelp and Facebook integration as well as online data and analytics of various data factors such as Keyword Search, Google my Business actions, Web traffic, etc.
